What video input and output interfaces are supported of M51?

Generally,the M51 air unit has HDMI、CVBS、Ethernet interface for video input. If you need SDI interface, please specify when ordering. The M51 ground unit has HDMI and Ethernet interface for video output.And the USB port can be use to store video after insert the USB device(USB disk).

Can I input two videos to M51 and transmit them simultaneously?

Yes.If you input a Ethernet and a HDMI gimbal(camera), or input a Ethernet and a CVBS gimbal, you can transmit two videos simultaneously.However, if you want to transmit a HDMI and a CVBS gimbal at the same time, you need to add a new module named MF05.Please refer to the instructions.

Does the M51 ground unit output video stream through HDMI and Ethernet simultaneously?

Yes. The M51 ground unit output FHD video through HDMI and output H.265/H.264 RTSP video stream through ethernet at the same time. You can use Mission Planner or QGC to watch the video stream .

What codec technology is used?

H.265(default) and H.264. User can configure it by yourself.

What's are the recommendation for antenna installation?

For the air unit,vertical down installation is recommended. Keep the antenna away from metal and keep the two antennas more than 20cm apart. For the ground unit, make the fiberglass antenna straight up. And keep the two antennas more than 2 meters apart.

How long does it take to reestablish a connection after a signal loss?

M51 is optimized synchronization and reconnect mechanisms. When the signal becomes strong, the signal will reestablish a connection in 1 second.

How many ways to send data to the ground station software?

User can choose thress ways to transmit data: COM ,TCP, UDP. Please refer to the user instructions.

Can I get video from ground unit HDMI interface when using a Ethernet gimbal in air unit?

Yes. Please fill in the" IP Camera Address" box with ethernet gimbal rtsp address on the ground unit webpage. For more details, please refer to the instructions.

How to use the USB interface of M51?

    User can insert a USB disk to the ground unit USB port.Then the HDMI will output OSD "USB device is inserted". Click the button on the ground unit for 3 seconds.It will start to record and output OSD "Recording". If you want to stop recording, click the button one more time for 3 seconds again.

Does M52's power supply support 6s battery?

1、Yes,M52 supports wide voltage supply,its power supply range is 9V ~ 28V.

Does M52 support HDMI video input and output?

1、M52 used with MF05E and MF05D can get HDMI input and HDMI output.

2、M52 have a 7pin interface which is dedicated to connect with MF05E or MF05D.It help M52 supply power and network conmunication for MF05.

Does M52's support RS232 uart?

1、Yes,uart1 and uart2 both support rs232.

2、M52 uart is TTL default,but it can be configure to RS232 according to customer's request befor M52 leaves the factory.

Does M52 can output the data of UART1 and UART2 through UDP or TCP?

1、Yes,M52 can output the data of UART1 and UART2 through UDP and TCP,and you can configure the UDP port and tcp port by webpage.

Can I power up M52 without connect antenna?

1、No,M52's transmitted power is up to 2 watts, It will burn out the power amplifier circuit if you do that.

Why M52 can not switch frequency by webpage or maestro assistant just like M51?

1、M52 have a PA(power amplifier) circuit and it's frequency was determined at the time of production and it is can not be changed after the device leaves the factory.

Does M52 support 3 way IP Camera input simultaneously?

1、Yes.M52 have 3 network port and can connect a IP camera each one.

Why ground station can not get fight control data from M52 ground unit's UART1 port?

1、 First,please check the connection line sequence and baudrate between M52 air unit's UART1 and autopilot's telem port.

2、Second,please check the connection line sequence and baudrate between M52 ground unit's UART1 and ground station's uart port.

Why autopilot can not get RC data from M52 air unit's SBUS OUT port?

1、First,please check if you are connected to the wrong SBUS port.

1、Check whether the transmitter is properly installed and powered on.

2、Close input video source, restart transmitter, until signal of receiver is normal, then turn on video source again.

3、Switch receiver channel to transmitter in same channel.

Receiver LED Output Input Signal loss

1、Please check the signal status of transmitter, check HDMI interface again and camera.

2、 Replace HDMI connection between video source and transmitter to the shielding line.(recommended original accessories).

3、Close the transmitter and video source, after confirming HDMI connection is normal, open video source.

Close range communication,video is not smooth

1、Check whether transmitter and the antenna connect fastening, if applicable, test output power of transmitter is normal or not.

2、Please try to use Gopro as video source first, check whether it is caused by video format, if no improvement, please check the output power of transmitter

OLED Output no signal

1、Check that whether the transmitter is properly installed and powered on.

2、Close input video source, restart transmitter, until signal of receiver is normal, then turn on video source again.

3、Switch receiver channel to transmitter same channel.

Receiver LED Output Input Signal loss

1、Please check the signal status of transmitter, check HDMI interface again, at the moment, check the camera.

2、Replace HDMI connection between video source and transmitter to the shielding line.(recommended original accessories).

3、Each channel of receiver has two program, press CH in short time switch corresponding program.

Close range communication，video is not smooth

1、Check that whether transmitter and the antenna connect fastening, if applicable, test output power of transmitter is normal or not.

2、Please try to use Gopro as video source first, check whether it is caused by video format, if no improvement, please check the output power of transmitter.

Why the power led doesn't light after MF05 is powered on?

1、First,please check whether the power supply range are correct.

2、Second,please check whether the positive and negative poles of the power supply are connected reversely and check the power cord for damage.

After MF05E is powered on, Why is the state led blinking instead of keep it on when the HDMI port is connecting to a camera?
