The product warranty period is one year. The casing loss and accessories of the product are not covered by the warranty. (Accessories include fans and batteries)
Only the above guarantees, no other express or implied guarantees. The company is not responsible for any special, incidental or indirect damages.

Service support
If the product is properly used according to the manual, the fault can be repaired free of charge. Man-made damage requires the cost of repair materials.
If one of the following situations occurs, a fee shall be charged:
- 1、A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- 2、Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.
- 3、Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
- 4、Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- 5、Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- 6、Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
